Return & Exchange Policy

 Customers can return the Product under the following terms and conditions

• Returns are not applicable in any case. No refunds applicable.  However we provide product exchange. 
• If the Product is damaged/defective then it is Eligible for Exchange.
• Exchange within 3 days from delivery date.
• No pickup service will be provided. Product will have to sent to us by customer via courier. 
• No Returns applicable on Ready Made Products. 
• Parcel Opening video is mandatory. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If the order is not shipped yet then the customer can cancel the order.
